Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have an international delivery service with UPS and FEDEX.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

How long will my products take to arrive?

For shipments within the United Kingdom you can expect to receive your parcel in 1 – 2 days on ‘express delivery’ or within 3 – 5 days on ‘standard delivery’. Note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, postal/carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take a little longer.

Due to the current situation of the Coronavirus please do be aware that there may be delays in receiving your order.

Do you have a physical store I can collect from or are you online only?

We don’t have a shop however you are welcome to collect all orders from our office in Stockport. Give us a call before you arrive so we can prepare the order for your arrival. Note: Social distancing measures are in place for your safety, this includes wearing a face covering.

I am working on a project at home and need some parts, do you sell direct to customers or are you trade-only?

Everybody is welcome to purchase from us here at Imagine, our core business is B2B sales, however, this isn’t something we are limited to.

Do you offer an installation service for the products you sell?

Unfortunately this is not something we currently offer at Imagine Technology. If you require any further assistance once your products arrive, get in touch and we may be able to help.

Which manufacturers products do you sell?

We sell products from various manufacturers including: HP, Dell, IBM, Fujitsu, Cisco, Juniper, Avaya . We can source products from almost all manufacturers so give us a call if there is anything you require.

Can you advise me which product would best suit my requirements?

We will do our best to point you in the right direction with whatever it is you require, just give us a call or use the ‘live chat’ feature of our website. We will reply during office hours only.
